Dr. Ott assists in Insolvency Proceedings and advises companies facing insolvency.  Dr. Ott was able to demonstrate his detailed knowledge of Insolvency Law in 2002 with the successful completion of specialized attorney training in Insolvency Law.

 

By virtue of past employment for a large international law firm, amongst others, Dr. Ott oversees companies in all occurring Civil and Commercial Law questions.  In particular, Dr. Ott possesses detailed proficiency in the area of litigation, since he successfully defended his doctoral thesis in 2004 in this area of law leading to the award of his LL.D. in Law (Doctor Legum) [German:  Doctor iuris].
