Mr. Lorey has led the Tax Department of our Firm in Frankfurt since 1999. As a Tax Counselor, Mr. Lorey advises and represents various corporate clients involved in different business sectors. Some of his tasks include the preparation of annual financial statements of sole proprietorships, individual partnerships and proprietary companies, the preparation of tax returns as well as advising on general tax and Commercial Law matters.
