As an attorney and Tax Counselor, Mr. Lenhard advises and represents various clients.  His areas of specialization lie in the auditing and preparation of annual financial statements and he provides general fiscal and Commercial Law advice.

 

In particular, his area of expertise is in German and international Tax Law, Commercial Law as well as in Insolvency Law and Criminal Tax Law.

 

Mr. Lenhard has especially specialized in the difficult points of law in the overlapping areas of Insolvency and Tax Law.
