Mr. Köhler assists in our Dresden office in the area of Real Estate Law and Foreclosure Administration.  His areas of specialization lie in Real Estate Law as well as in private Construction Law.  His clients are primarily banks in their capacity as secured mortgage Creditors, real estate project developers, construction companies as well as various German district courts for whose he has been appointed as a Foreclosure Administrator.

 

Mr. Köhler has several years of experience in the real estate project management including the completion of large building projects undergoing Insolvency Proceedings.  He advices clients on the acquisition of real estate portfolios, land development projects as well as contract formation and contract settlement.

 

Since 2002 Mr. Köhler is managing director of a € 75 million liquidation of a real estate portfolios in close collaboration with pooling banks
