Born in 1974 in Hannover

Studied Law at Bayerische Julius-Maximilians University in Würzburg

During her legal clerkship Dr. Klippel spent an extended period in Poitiers, France (Erasmus Scholarship Program). In Würzburg, she also worked as a student research assistant for the Dean’s Office for the Faculty of Law where she held a graduate student teaching position.

During her legal clerkship, Dr. Klippel also spent a considerable amount of time working at renowned Insolvency Administration law firms.

Areas of specialization

Dr. Klippel works in our Karlsruhe office where she assists in Insolvency Proceedings of various sizes and branches. Alongside Insolvency Law matters Dr. Klippel’s area of specialization lies in managing civil and labor law cases. She regularly represents clients in litigation.

In 2004, Dr. Klippel proved her expertise in Insolvency Law with the successful conclusion of specialized attorney training courses in Insolvency Law. She was awarded her Doctorate in Law (LL.D.) (Legum Doctor) (German: Doctor Iuris) from the Bayerischen Julius-Maximilians University by Dr. Scherer with her doctoral thesis on the topic of “Practical Problems in Consumer Insolvency Proceedings” (“Praktische Probleme des Verbraucherinsolvenzverfahrens”).
