Ms. Bringezu supervises our clients in our Leipzig office in all areas of Civil Law.  She is head of litigation and the Labour Law department in Leipzig.

Ms. Bringezu has successfully led and completed multiple reorganizations and restructurings.

In her capacity as Insolvency Administrator, Fiduciary and Expert in Insolvency Proceedings, Ms. Bringezu has been appointed by various German Insolvency Courts and German Courts charged with the Enforcement of Judgments.

Moreover, as a certified Arbitrator she possesses unique qualifications and experience in administering out-of-court settlements by way of Alternative Dispute Resolution
