At HERMANN Mr. Bassermann works especially in the areas of liquidation in Insolvency Proceedings.  On several occasion he has been appointed Insolvency Administrator and Expert by several German Insolvency Courts in various districts.  Mr. Bassermann possesses extensive experience in Insolvency Proceeding liquidation.

 

Since 2003, Mr. Bassermann has managed our Karlsruhe office.  He was also considerably involved in the establishment of that office.

 

Mr. Bassermann’s expertise in Insolvency Law has been proven by his successful completion of specialist attorney training courses in Insolvency Law

Mr. Bassermann compiled the draft for the new Insolvency Law for Bosnia-Herzegovina on behalf of the GTZ (Association for Technical Co-operation (Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit). In 2004, he also trained Insolvency Administrators and insolvency judges in Russian Federation on behalf of the GTZ  with the framework of the European Union “Tacis Project.”.
