Area of Specialization

Mr. Bähr is specialized in the field of Insolvency Administration and Reorganization Advising.  Mr. Bähr has been a court-appointed Insolvency Administrator for 18 years. Within the Rhein/Main area as well as in the new German Federal States, such as in Lower Saxony, Mr. Bähr has conducted numerous Insolvency Proceedings and Reorganizations and Restructurings of various-sized corporations.  Mr. Bähr’s objective has always been to sell well-operating, sustainable business units to investors in order to enhance their assets and dimension on behalf of Creditors as well as the furtherance of maintaining jobs.

 

Mr. Bähr possess profound knowledge and wide experience in connection with corporate transactions and the contractual outlining conditions they require and culminate in financing. Mr. Bähr is often called upon as an advisor in complex corporate restructurings and transactions of all sizes.
