Mr. Algari specializes in the fields of practice of insolvency law, commercial law, and corporate law.

 

After having completed the courses of study to become a tax advisor offered by the Chamber of Tax Advisors of Hesse in 1999 and 2000, Mr. Algari went on to specialize in insolvency law by completing the course of study to become a specialized attorney for insolvency law, and thereafter came to specialize in corporate law through his completion of the course of study to become a specialized attorney for commercial and corporate law.

 

In 1999, Mr. Algari was appointed as an expert as well as an insolvency administrator by multiple local courts in the Rhine/Main area. In the course of these activities, he has carried out a number of insolvency proceedings and reorganization processes.

 

Because of this, Mr. Algari has solid knowledge and extensive experience in the field of reorganization and restructuring of enterprises. He focuses in particular on careful analysis of the overall conditions that are already in place with respect to corporate law and business administration. This also includes analysis of economic efficiency calculations concerning individual divisions of a business. This helps ensure that mid-sized companies, in particular, can be reorganized and continue to do business.

Mr. Algari is a subject specialist with the Hessischer Verwaltungsschulverband Frankfurt (Hessian Association of Schools of Management, Frankfurt, or HVSH) and has held a large number of presentations for debt counseling services and as part of the training courses offered for future debt counselors and administrative employees.

 

Mr. Algari is also involved in municipal politics, as a member of the advisory council of foreign citizens of the Offenbach/Main District. In this role, he works to support social issues.

 

In this capacity, Mr. Algari is also highly valued as a capable advisor due to his extensive legal knowledge and highly developed social skills.
