Since his admission to the Bar, Mr. Nießler advises and represents small and medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs in commercial, business and tax matters in close collaboration with Tax Counselors.  His professional expertise is in the drafting of company contracts, company exchanges and transfers of shares as well as follow-up regulations for companies and entrepreneurs.  In addition, Mr. Nießler practices Litigation.

 

Since 1999 Insolvency Law has become a major area of expertise in Mr. Nießler’s professional commitments.   He is often appointed by the Limburg, Wetzlar, Koblenz and Monabaur District Courts as a Creditor and Insolvency Administrator.  Another major area of his professional work is in advising and representation of Creditors in Insolvency Proceedings as well as those facing insolvency.  Multiple financial institutions among others comprise his clients.  A further professional area of Mr. Nießler’s is in advising and representation of Debtors and their institutions facing insolvency.  Defense of liability claims is part of this legal area.

 

Finally, Mr. Nießler represents client appellate proceedings before German tax authorities, German finance courts and in Criminal Tax Law.
